What Are The Symptoms Occur When An Infant Had Swallowed A Pin?
Very unlikely if baby is fine and feeding normally
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. If a baby had swallowed a pin, there would be symptoms of choking immediately like difficulty in breathing (respiratory distress) which would lead to cyanosis in the baby ( baby turning blue due to lack of oxygen). Moreover, pin is a sharp object, and if it accidently gets into baby's mouth, there would be bleeding, and baby would be crying.
If your baby is fine and feeding normally, it is very unlikely that he had swallowed any pin. A one month baby can swallow anything which has been put in his mouth, as he has not developed the skill to put anything in his mouth by his hand. This develops only at the age of 4-6 months.
If you are not sure, then I would suggest you to consult a peadiatrician whoo will properly examine the baby and do necessary investigations (including X ray) if required.

Your baby is completely fine
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX thanks for responding. Your baby seems to be completely fine, and has not swallowed any pin most probably.
You must be getting your baby vaccinated from a pediatrician. You can consult him/ her on the next vaccination date and can tell the concerns you are having.

No need to worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Sinus or dust allergy leads to allergic rhinitis, and this is not a infectious disease. It will not get passed to your baby even on close contact. So there is no reason to worry at all, and you need not give him sinares drops prophylactically. Moreover, these medicines do have side effects and should not be given unnecessarily to babies.
The stool pattern of babies is usually passage of 3-4 times a day, sometimes maximum up to 12 times a day, or it can be no passage of stools in a day. If your baby is fine, feeding normally, not crying and the abdomen is not distended, then there is no reason to worry.

ceflox drops preferably not to be used while breastfeeding
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Ceflox eye drops contain ciprofloxacin which is a category C drug which means that adverse effects are seen in fetus in animal studies, however no controlled studies have been performed in humans. However, there are not adequate studies which provide any information that whether the drug is secreted in breast milk after topical use. It is better to avoid this drug when you are breastfeeding. You need not worry if you have taken only few doses of the drug, as it will most probably not harm the baby.
Moreover, if the infection is above the eye, these drops will not help you.
I would suggest you to consult an ophthalmologist to get properly examined, and treated accordingly.

No need to worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Babies less than6 months usually sleep for 16-18 hours out of 24 hours. If your baby's total sleep duration is around this figure, then you need not worry.
Moreover, if your baby is feeding and behaving normally, and is developing milestones according to his age, then it is completely fine.

every baby is different
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX thanks for responding. Every baby is different and has different routine. If your baby is not cranky, and is taking feeds normally, is active when waking and has developed milestones according to his age, there is no need to take stress. Most probably, he gets his complete sleep in these hours. If the baby is hungry, he will get cranky and will cry.
