Brief Answer:
Investigation to be done under guidance of doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.

You had regular oral sex. Whether she used to do for you (Felatio) or you did for her (Cunnilingus)? HIV/STD transmissions risk is comparatively low with oral sex.
As you are diabetic, yeast infection can occur with oral insertive sex over your foreskin and glans penis, causing discomfort.

You had an uncontrolled diabetes malitus. It can cause kidney problem. Diabetes as such and also the kidney disease can cause dry skin and intense itching all over the body. Back pain may be due to age related degenerative changes in the spine.
You have to investigate for renal function, lung function and also for bone and joint diseases along with investigations to rule out STD/HIV..
Cancer screening is indicated by the demand on a thorough examination.
All can be done under the guidance of a general internal physician along with referrals to specialist like Rheumatologist, Nephrologist, Pulmonologist and a HIV physician if he feels so. Instead of worrying and analyzing the possibilities consult your physician as soon as possible. Increasing the dose of insulin and changing or adding additional drugs Diabetes can be controlled. Get well soon.
