Brief Answer:
depends upon the cause and complications.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks your query, albeit short and specific.
First of all, how is your left foot?

The clinical presentation of a gallbladder attack are as under:
The symptoms depend upon the cause and severity of the infection, presence of gallstones and so on.
In milder cases with gallstones there would be colicky pain in the right upper quadrant of abdomen.
There may be associated nausea, vomiting.
If there is associated infection then there would be fever with chills, bodyache.
If the infection persist then there may be symptoms of septicemia like fever, chills, sweating, weakness, disorientation.
In most of the cases there may be referred pain to the right shoulder or between shoulder blades.
If there is passage of small stone into the common bile duct, there can be jaundice, further complicating pancreatitis can present with severe pain in upper abdomen with referred pain to the back and shock.

Hence the symptoms depend upon the situation as explained above.

I hope this answers your query.

With Regards.
