Based on your query, I will opine as follows:

1. TIA usually presents with symptoms, which lasts only for a few minutes, rarely hours and the patient completely recovers from the symptoms within 24 hours.

2. More common in elderly and essential to identify as it can be a precursor to a actual stroke.
Symptoms could be as follows:

a. Sudden weakness, numbness, paralysis anywhere in the body maybe on one side
b. Dizziness, loss of balance
c. Blindness- one side or both, double vision
d. Speech abnormalities
e. Choking
f. Loss of consciousness - rare

Symptoms can be anything related to any part. However, recovery should be complete within a day. If no recovery occurs, it is actual stroke.
