Nerve/ vessel compression at wrist with neuropathic pain.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:
1. It appears to be ischemic injury leading on to neuropathic pain.
2. Due to reduced vascularity, your hand is very cold.
3. Possible blood vessel compression at the wrist level. Due to reduced nerve oxygenation, you are having possible neural injury, which is presenting with pain.
4. It could be median nerve compression at wrist level.
5. You will need to immediately meet your doctor for decompression of the nerve and possibly blood vessel. If it progresses, it might lead onto permanent damage.
6. Mobic wont be helpful for neuropathic pain. Meet your doctor at the earliest for further evaluation.
Hope it helps.
