Brief Answer:
There is a chance ma'am, let me explain

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I am extremely sorry to hear about everything you have experienced ma'am, and I really wish you didn't have to go through all of this.

If you do not have anyone in your family with bipolar disorders then there can be only two possible causes in your specific case for acquiring a bipolar disorder, they are:

+Neurotransmitter imbalance: Neurotransmitters in the brain help maintaining various functions, and a balance between them help preventing conditions like depression, anxiety, panic, etc. Being sad, depressed, etc; can all contribute to an imbalance which in turn can result in a bipolar disorder.

+Biological abnormalities seen in the brain of the individual: These abnormalities can occur due to various medical conditions, can be from birth, etc.

Now that I have mentioned this to you, I do feel mental abuse, poor moods, depression, extreme sadness can all contribute towards the development of bipolar disorder in an individual. I cannot completely blame your husband for this as I do not know your complete history, but if at all he has been the sole cause for all the sadness, depression, etc; in your life then he could very well be the cause for your disorder.

I hope you find my response helpful ma'am. Please work with your doctor to help yourself and live a much healthier life, both mentally and physically. Please do not hesitate to write to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.

Best wishes.
