Now by "experience described" - if you mean "Mostly healthy. Have a reflux problem and take a probiotic" , then I should tell you that it's too non-specific to comment as these sets of symptoms can be experienced in a wide array of ailments..

So please let me know what exactly are you experiencing ?

Any problem in breathing? Any dizziness?

Any heaviness over the chest or any kind of pain radiating from anywhere of the chest ?

Any excessive sweating ?

In case of any doubt I'd still advice you to simply go to your nearest ER / urgent Care for immediate diagnosis and management as this type of nonspecific symptoms can often complicate the real scenario, so it's always better to get diagnosed at the earliest.. As time is key here so better not to delay in case of any doubts..

To start with , at this age, you need to have a 12 Lead EKG to say the least, and rest everything depends upon the findings in your ECG and physical examination too..
