The signs of heart attack are anterior chest pain left side feels like an elephant sitting on your chest. The pain may radiate up into your neck or down your left arm. You may also have difficulty breathing, irregular heart beat fast or slow. You could also be nauseous and breaking out in a cold sweat. If you have any of these symptoms call paramedics immediately. the longer you wait the less chance of preventing permanent heart damage.
