Question: Do I have hemorrhoids and didn't know until now? Please help in identifying what I'm feeling.

1. You are reporting to be playing with anal toy two days ago. If you did not use any lubricants or gloves when inserting the toy in the anus, it has lacerated (traumatized) the anal mucosa.
The final result is itchiness and hemorrhoids (internal and external=small lump outside your anus that disappears from time in time).
2. I advise to:
- increase water intake
- keep a good anal hygiene
- apply hemorrhoid cream containing hydrocortisone and zinc oxide
- avoid playing with anal toy again and avoid anal sex until improvement
