Giddiness, sweating, fine tremors of hands, palpitations, excess hunger, anxiety etc
And if sugar goes below 30 to 40 mg/dl, then symptoms like
mental confusion,
severe giddiness,
person may become unconscious,
And still if left untreated then coma or death can occur.
