Doesn't look like jock itch, looks like candidiasis
Detailed Answer:
I have analysed both the pictures you have uploaded.
It doesn't look like jock itch.
Instead it's looking like candidiasis which is a yeast infection of the body.
In such cases I recommend my patients to apply Clotrimazole cream on the affected area twice daily for 2 weeks.
Along with this I recommend them to take tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
I don't know whether these medicines will be available as over the counter in your country.

Instead it's looking like candidiasis which is a yeast infection of the body.

ok, so is this common to get after a hspv2 outbreak? i think i saw something that if the immune system was weekend, iee, fighting the hspv2 outbreak, that a immune system weekness can a yeast infection arise ? you answered my first question when i had the first rash on my groin, and you thought it was shingles,so my primary dr gave me anti viral and it seems that is taken care of niw..so is the yeast infection here because of that recovery?

ok , i took your advice and got the clotrimazole, the levovcetrizine i.need a prescription for, so for the itching i took a clariton allergy and seems.to have helped that.. thanks
