Brief Answer:
You may need to get further evaluated for kidney failure

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I read your query and here is my advice.

Of course you can have sex if you remove your prostate.
If you are having just back pain or hip pain it doesn't mean that it can be related to kidney failure. Swollen legs and ankles may be a symptom of kidney failure.
You may need to do urine and blood tests and ultrasound to check kidney failure
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.

Hello dear. Ultrasound is sonogram that they use to see the baby.
Blood tests especially creatinine will test kidney failure. If blood tests are normal this means no kidney failure.

Brief Answer:
You can ask for psa

Hello dear thank you for asking again.
Inguinal hernia is not related to prostate gland.
If you did biochemical blood balance the kidney function may show in it. The PSA can't be included but you can ask for PSA also.
