What Are The Symptoms Of Low Blood Sugar?

Question: How can I know if I have low blood sugar or high blood sugar? I think it is low. I get hungry blood sugars are low fasting low 80's dizzy, faint if I bend over, ears ringing, very very tired.

I've never done this before how can I be sure this is legit and working?
