Question: Hello Dr

While having sexual intercourse with my wife i reach climax soon within 1-2 mins.Is it sign of premature ejaculation. My wife and me are also involved in foreplay but once it start intercourse i ejaculate within 1 or 2 mins. to delay this i started using anti-climax condom and wife at top position.But problem with such condom is that after few mins my penis does not remains to stiff.Can u please suggest me any medicine that would increase time as we are planning to go on honeymoon shortly .Please suggests a permanent solution

Pre mature ejaculation is present if either partner feels distressed and unsatisfied. since you are not satisfied, we can call it pre mature ejaculation. Since u said that either partner is not satisfied .i can clearly say my wife not begin happy if i ejuclate prematurely hence she prefers women on top rather then men on top because in that case i ejulacate prematurely.Also to delay it i have started using anti climax condoms but you know what issues i have with them.Since my wife is not happy how can i be happy.please suggest

if your wife is not happy, it means you have pre mature ejaculation. It seems your wife needs more pleasure from the act . If you focus on giving her pleasure by experimenting different ways , giving massage , taking bath together and communicating freely about what she finds as most arousing, what are her fantasies etc, it would improve your love life as such.
