Brief Answer:
Symptoms depend on the cause

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have reactive thrombocytosis. Symptoms depends on the cause.
Reactive thrombocytosis occurs due to many causes.
Common causes are infection, anemia, trauma, haemorrhage, surgery, post splenectomy etc.

It is not a serious problem. It will become normal by itself when the precipitating cause is cured.

If you have any infection or anemia then take treatment accordingly.

Otherwise no any treatment is required. Just repeat your complete blood count after a month.

If it increase then you should go for bone marrow examination and jak 2 mutation study to rule out essential thrombocythemia.

No need to worry right now. Just be relaxed.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
