Question: I believe I have a sebaceous cyst on my penis I'm not sure..what are signs of it or how do it may look..?

Sebaceous cyst presents as a small swelling beneath the penile skin.
It is usually without any symptoms but sometimes it gets inflammed and infected and then causes pain and redness.
