Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from Health Care Magic
Word substitution is common occurrence out day to day life. Sometimes due to some underlying mental process or anxiety individual may substitute a desired word with some related word and to some extent it should be ignored.
You are a healthy female. You are on Metoprolol 50, Qutiapine 300 and Clonazepam 1 mg a day. With advancing age our cognitive functions start to show some impairment like benign forgetting, word finding difficulties.
I would like to reassure you that these symptoms are not due to stroke because stroke will present with a lot of other symptoms. Such symptoms could occur due to minor cognitive impairments which can occur in any individual. You are taking clonzepam in high dose and this might be the reason for such symptoms. Clonazepam cause some cognitive impairment when taken for long term. I would advise you to consult your psychiatrist and discuss regarding dosing of clonazepam. Decreasing the doses will result in improvement.
No need to fear from such symptoms, even these can be ignored. Take healthy meals, play brain stimulation games like Sudoku, Crossword. Have diets rich in omega-3 fatty acids which will help in improvement.
And yes these are not signs of stroke, no need to worry.
Thanks, hope this helps you. Ask again for more doubts, I will be happy to answer you again.
