What Are The Symptoms Of Tuberculosis?
Question: I had a TB test 6 days ago as part of a routine check required by my employer. The 48 hour read was negative but the site has become more red over the days. Today, the site is about the size of a nickel, bright red and has 4 distinct white bumps (slightly raised) on it. I went back to the clinic and an intern told me not to worry about it since it had been over 72 hours. This is an Occupational Health Clinic and I just don't know if I should accept this or follow up. I cannot imagine a time when I would have been exposed. I do not have any symptoms that I know of.
Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry.

HI

Thanks for posting your query.
First of all let me assure you that it doesn't indicate TB, as the the reading after 48 hours is not valid .
But as of your problem is concerned sometimes it is expected complication and sometimes it can turn into pus . But there is nothing to worry , it will go off on its own . If it is painful then you can use Combiflam.
Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask .
Regards.
