Brief Answer:
Needs medical attention.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. The name vesciculo-bullous tinea pedis explains it all. Tinea pedis is a fungal infection of legs or feet. It is rather an umbrella term. You could have tinea pedis but there are other possibilities that also need to be considered. Vesciculo bullous means having vescicles and bullae. Vescicles are small fluid filled blobs and bullae are large fluid filled blobs that occur on the skin due to tinea pedis.

Going by the description I would strongly recommend that you visit a dermatologist and get it carefully evaluated. I would insist you not to ignore it or self medicate as that would only make matters worse.

Regards
