Question: My one month old daughter fell of the bed , HELPPPP. She let out a huge cry. Cried for about a minute and is acting fine. No noticeable injury anywhere

Infants tend to get injured often at this age group.
If she is otherwise active and feeding well I do hope that there is less chance of intracranial injury.
However I SUGGEST you to take her to er to get her examined completely.
Keep a close watch for these warning signs
1. Excess crying
2. Bleeding from ear or nose
3. Excess sleepiness.
4. Fainting, poor feeding.

I have mylicon 20 mg gas relief drops. oon the back of the box it sayd infants unde 2 yrs 24 lbs 0.3 ml. am I safe to give it to her ? she is one month and a week old 7 lbs
