Question: I went into the freezer to get something and a frozen bottle of water fell out
and bumped against my arm. Could that injure your arm. I can move my arm.

There is very less chance of bottle of frozen water to injure your arm after bumping.
As you can move your arm and (i assume) there is no sever pain, I wouldn't worry much about it.
Even if there is any minor symptom it will subside gradually. Nothing to worry.
