Folplus-M contains Folic acid + Mecobalamin + Pyridoxine. These are forms of B vitamin supplements and serve as nutritional supplements. They may also play a beneficial role in relation to fertility when you are trying to conceive.

I do not think that you need to worry about any side effects while taking such a medicine.
