Brief Answer:
The mild withdrawal symptoms would reduce with symptomatic management

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

Setrona is Sertraline and the drug is a SSRI drug of antidepressant and anti anxiety drug. When the drug is taken regularly and stopped abruptly then withdrawal symptoms are seen.

The withdrawal symptoms like

- Flu like symptoms like mild nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, headache, sweating etc.
- Imbalance, dizziness, giddiness
- Anxiety, restlessness, agitation, dysphoric mood.
- In more severe cases confusion, cognitive disturbances, delirium etc can be seen.

You are off medicines since last 5 days so most likely you are in mild withdrawal so just symptomatic management would be enough. I would advise you to increase your fluid intake and keep yourself in cool, calm and dark room. Take OTC analgesics as Paracetamol for any symptoms like headache, dizziness. Betahistine can be taken for any dizziness, nausea, vomiting etc. The drug is a prescription medicine and need prescription of a doctor.

In a day or two your symptoms would reduce.

Thanks, hope this helps you. Please ask again for more doubts.
