Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at Healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photograph and it looks like livedo reticularis
It is a reticulate pattern of pigmentation which can be physiological or associated with systemic diseases of the vessels or connective tissue.
Is it present only unilaterally?
Do you use hot water bottle or hot pad on the affected area?
Is it associated with itching, burning or any other complaints on the affected areas?
Do you have pain in the affected arm?
Kindly revert with the answers.

Brief Answer:
Livedo and its types
Detailed Answer:
Is it permanent or temporary?
If it is temporary nothing to worry about.
If it permanent it could be either physiological livedo reticularis which occurs without any cause and is not serious
Or secondary livedo for which there are multiple causes like lupus, vasculitis and connective tissue disease and you need to get it evaluated.
