What Are These Two Weird Spots On My Body? First

Question: What are these two weird spots on my body? First one popped up on my a arm now one is on my hip. No improvement after 3 days of hydrocortisone. It’s like a red half circle.

Regarding a possible fungal infection

hi. It seems like a fungal infection which is annular, circular in morphology with red, raised margins. I suggest you to try either clotrimazole cream or ketoconazole cream, twice daily. Hydrocortisone is not recommended for a possible fungal infection.
