Question: What autoimmune disorder could causeacne like bumps along hairline. It comes and goes but is not acne. I also have tested Ana positive with dense fine specked pattern, utterly exhausted. All bloodwork has come back okay not lupus or lymes or MS (I twitch a lot at night.

this seems unlikely to be due to a systemic autoimmune disease.
as generally there are more systemic features with that.
the ana can be positive in low titers in healthy individuals also.
this could be a form of dermatitis or allergy.
it would be best to see a dermatologist.
