Infective causes like tuberculosis is a possibility. You can go for an sputum study and ESR to rule out TB.
A thyroid function test(TFT) has to be done because hyperthyroidism is a causes for night sweats,
Additional blood investigations like peripheral smear can be done to rule out hematological causes as well.
