What Can I Apply To Remove Pimples/ Acne ?

Question: Hello Doctor, i often get pimples/acne like mostly they form like nodules which doesn't pop out full from skin but sometimes they do, pus forms ,breaks and it subsides in few days. My major issue is the blackish marks and even a XXXXXXX black skin bulge of that pimple which doesnt go away from my face. What can i apply to remove those? I always had oily skin right from teenage, but if i try to keep oil away it results in dry skin which in turn results in flakiness. So basically, i am out of choices either way.

Thanks very much for your response doctor, and very sorry for such late response. I have been dealing with multiple things so got pre-occupied.
I have attached two pictures of the face area involved, 1st is of that actual pimple/acne that doesnt popout most of the times and second pic is of the marks that usually left after it gets subsided, usually it forms as blackish mark on skin. Its just same everywhere whether its on back or even arms. leaves blackish skin on that surrounding skin part.

Brief Answer:
Clindamycin and Benzoyl peroxide
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up and photographs.
You have developed nodulocystic acne.
Acne is more of a lifestyle disease.
Your face must be oily and hence it is leading to blockade of sebaceous glands leading to acne.
Use the following
1. Clindamycin 1 % gel in morning
2. Benzoyl peroxide 2.5 % gel in night
3. Use a salicylic acid or glycolic acid based face wash you can use zitclean, ahaglow or shaloxy facewash.
4. Use a water based sunscreen such as suncot gel.
All the above medication to be used for at least three months.
These are safe and effective and usually available over the counter.
You must reduce oil intake in diet to control acne. Wash your face at least three times in a day.
Reduce intake of food with high glycemic index such as chips and bakery products.
Drink lot of water and increase intake of fiber rich diet.
These might appear to be a general advice but actually these are going to help you.
The pigmentation will slowly decrease with the use of sunscreen.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you

I do suffer from oily skin doctor, but at times i also have dry skin that results in itchiness and flakiness. Not sure from where i get so much oil, i eat foods made in olive oil generally. I do drink less water because i just feel less thirsty, its been like that since i was small. I"ll definitely use what you have suggested, hopefully it works. I still regularly get acne in back and my whole back have these blackish marks left since teenage.
