Brief Answer:
Suggestive of moderately enlarged prostate, no tumors.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The MRI report shows moderate prostatomegaly (enlarged prostate). It doesn’t suggest possibility of any growth or tumors.
There is enlargement of middle portion of your prostate gland which pushes the peripheral regions.
As per this report nothing much to worry as it ruled out any cancerous change. You can also do a PSA (prostate specific antigen).
If symptoms are severe surgery is require and if otherwise medicine like Tamsulosin will do the job.
Your urologist will explain in detail.

Wishing you good health
