What Can I Do About Blocked Nose Despite Taking Medication At 21 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

Saline nasal drops with steam inhalation in addition to Alex-cough-syrup.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
You missed to type the entire query, it would have been helpful if you had completed the query.
Nose block that lasts for weeks, without any fever and running nose is most likely edema of the nose mucosa. It would have been precipitated by a viral infection, and is frequently seen in pregnancy.
You must get your blood pressure checked to make sure it is normal. Blood pressure can rise very quickly during pregnancy and can lead to blocked nose sometimes. You should take Alex-cough-syrup 5 ml once. Otrivin inhaler (Nasal spray) can be used every 4 hours once for the first 2 days, followed by once every 6 hours for the next 2 days, and once every 8 hours the following 2 days, then twice a day for next 2 days, and then stop.
Apart from this, I would suggest you to put two drops of saline into each nostril every 2 to 3 hours once till you feel better. Add vicks to the steam inhalation and do steam inhalation 4 times a day. Please do not ignore to get your BP checked.
I hope this answers your question. Feel free to write back if you have any doubts.
Regards
