Brief Answer:
Possible diagnosis: Cervical spondylosis

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Your symptoms are suggestive of possible cervical spondylosis, which occurs due to west and tear of cervical intervertebral discs. The condition can compress the cervical spinal nerves causing shooting pains radiating to arms. Xray and MRI scanning of cervical spine can confirm the diagnosis. Once the diagnosis is confirmed management is mainly focused on controlling pain and physiotherapy .
You can continue using neck brace, take Advil 400 mg 4 times a day for pain and use comfortable pillows for sleep.
Please be advised to follow up with your primary care provider for further evaluation and management.

Hope this answers your question
