Brief Answer:
This seems dental infection
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
This seems to be dental abscess that is getting worse. It was better if dentist could run Xray of the tooth while taking precautions against radiation to the baby.
Your wife is on correct regimen. Usually amoxicillin works fine on it. Moreover we have to give medicine in pregnancy with due precaution. Sometimes, drainage is required. So you can consult a dentist today.
If dentist is not able to help then a surgeons consultation might be needed.
Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

But Mam is XRay is safe in pregnancy?
Brief Answer:
Radiation during pregnancy is not safe
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Mostly abdominal x rays are not safe.
For other Xrays, radiation proof jackets can be work.
Though most dental abcesses drain by themselves in some time. Some might need drainage by dentist. Doing a mouth wash with Hydrogen peroxide can also heal. So checking with dentist again is needed.
