If possible please upload a picture of tongue.

I think it can be lingual papillitis viral infection and inflammation of tongue. It may get better in 3 to 4 days. Rinse mouth with backing soda water. Use anti inflammatory drugs such ibuprofen or paracetamol for pain and inflammation.
