What Can I Do About Sweating And Breathlessness After A Short Walk When Diagnosed With Rheumatoid Arthritis?

Could you please review the new reports that i have uploaded. and let me know please suggest for my mom. She has been complaining about sweating and breathlessness after short walk. I got her blood test done and reports are attached. She does not have any heart related complains but I want an opinion based on her current reports.
She has rhemotoid artheritis and keeps complaining about pain in her left leg (calf muscle) however she has recently complained about her right leg calf muscle pain as well.
Thanks
Reports are fine
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Reports are fine except her hemoglobin is on lower side, which is likely due to iron deficiency. So she should have iron supplements like Tab Fericip XT once a day after breakfast and repeat hemoglobin after 6-8 weeks. Also, make sure she is not having any abdominal pain, black sticky stools, just to rule out bleeding.
Other reports like lipid profile and all are fine. Platelet is on higher side but fine to have. Also, figures in the bold are also fine. Now, she should also have vitamin D, vitamin B12 and folic acid along with above tests. In her test, low hemoglobin may cause shortness of breath but it's not too low so we need to find out other causes as well.
In patients with Rheumatoid arthritis, lungs may be affected which may leads to shortness of breath. So it's important that she should have chest X ray to see lung condition, and ECG and echo for heart status as well as heart may be involved. So overall, she needs some more evaluation for shortness of breath and sweating with above mentioned tests.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
Regards

I got the reports done and have uploaded them. X-ray will come on Monday. Kindly review and let me know.

ECG is fine
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
ECG is fine and in the echo, it's grossly okay. But there are some changes which are usually age-related and also seen in patients with high blood pressure.
So it's important you should check BP frequently because it's possible that she may be having high BP intermittently. So get one electronic BP apparatus at home and measure three times a day for a week period.
So these changes in echo called as diastolic dysfunction can cause her symptoms along with low hemoglobin. These changes are not worrisome, so should not worry about these. She may need water pill trial after treating her hemoglobin.
Also, decrease her calorie, fatty, oily food consumption in order to avoid weight gain and achieve some weight loss. Also, decrease salt consumption. She should continue the daily walking as much she can do.
Before treating this, we should see the status of the lung in the chest X-ray. So overall, reports are fine with minor changes. Let's see the chest X-ray.
