What Can I Do For Persistent Hemorrhoids Despite Using Anusol And Administering Sit Baths?
Question: hi i have hemorrhoids. everytime i have to poop i my anus gets wounded. i can always see blood. i have this issue now for weeks. i used anusol and sits bath once or twice a day. but still no effect. i am not sure what to do or who to consult on this. i dont know how my wounds will heal when everytime i poop it will be wounded again. i also noted its only painful at the start of the poop but once it passes that stage it seems my poop is soft enough because it's no longer as painful as the start of the poop

Continue Sitz bath.
Take a stool softener.
Since this is for weeks, it is better to consult your Doctor for examination and add on necessary medications like antibiotics, metronidazole and probiotics if there is any evidence of infection. Get a reference for a General Surgeon or a Proctologist if available in your area for clinical evaluation, examination and proper additional management.
Also get the stool and blood tested.
