What Can I Do To Allow A Bleeding Wound At The Anus To Heal?

Question: I'm taking iron because of iron deficiency, and while I'm going to the bathroom regularly, I'm finding that the hard stools are causing bleeding in the anus. What can I do to allow this wound to heal?
Brief Answer:
Iron is the likely culprit
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The use of iron can cause this problem.
You may change your diet with more fibers and vegetables.
In addition to the dietary modifications, you can take a laxative such as Liquid paraffin (cremaffin) which will help by making the stools soft.
Also, you can use topical anal creams for pain relief.
I will suggest you to use ferrosanole duodenal iron for less side effects.
Regards
