Question: Pain inside feet, not much on bottom or sides, rather inside and below bulk of ankle. No pain in legs or elsewhere. Feels like both feet are burning (fire) inside. What can I do to rid these symptoms?

Brief Answer:
Can be related to arthritis.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The symptoms in feet that you have can be related to arthritis involving the ankle joint and mild nerve root compression or a methylcobalamin deficiency. Mild painkillers (Acetaminophen/Tylenol), hot compress, using an elastic brace and application of local analgesic gel will help.

You can start with the mild painkillers and Vitamin B12 supplements after getting the levels checked and see if it helps.

I hope this answers your query.

Wishing you good health.
