Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, you are having demyelinating neuropathy and it's due to TRPV4 gene defect.

So, I think tremors may be due to demyelination defect.

Usually there is no complete cure for tremors and demyelination defect.

But you can reduce it's progress. For that I would suggest you to continue physical therapy and occupational therapy after physiotherapist consultation.

Along with that, I would suggest you to consult with neurophysician for detailed clinical examination. He may prescribe tab. Propranolol and tab. Gabapentin after detailed evaluation. As these medications can give relief.

Along with that, TRPV4 gene defect may also cause low sodium levels which may causes tremors, so I would suggest to do serum electrolytes after physician consultation. Keep yourself hydrated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam XXXXXXX
