What Can I Do To Increase My Bone Mass Index?

What can I do to increase my bone mass.
I am 166cm and weigh 59kg. Male.
Bone mass is 2.8kg. Is this normal?
Yes, this is normal, you can optimize as well.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The body mass index is pretty normal for your weight and gender. For a person of 60 kg or less, we need 2.5 kg, yours is better than this.
Our body mass index depends on many things, generally, it increases to a certain age, depending on our activity. So better to engage in physical activity and maintaining a good diet is the best way to increase the bone mass density. Similarly, good diet especially calcium, phosphate, and Vitamin D are very important for better bone density.
In a later stage, if someone has very low bone mass, they may be helped by drugs, like bisphosphonates, however, they are used only if there is evidence of osteopenia on DEXA bone scan.
In your case, you seem to have a good bone density, ( you have slightly higher which is very good, very high may be causing very fragile bones) just have a balanced diet, and do regular exercise, avoid weight gain.
Hopes everything would be fine.
I hope this clears your mind, please don't hesitate to ask anything else you want to know about this.
