What Can I Do To Treat Pain In The Left Hip And Leg Leading To A Deep Purple Bruise?

Question: I wrecked on my four wheeler approximately 30 hours ago. I've had trouble walking on my left leg. I hit on my left hip, right on the "love handle" area, and within these 30 or so hours since then i've had quit a bit of pain, trouble sleeping from it, and now it's a really huge deep purple bruise. I also get lightheaded when i stand up but not all the time. So i don't have all the symptoms of internal bleeding but i would appreciate your opinion on this matter as I'm no expert and if i go right now it's to the ER, since it's late, which is very expensive. If this can wait till the morning that would be great but if not it's best to know. Thank you.
Brief Answer:
Visit ER ASAP
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
In my opinion probably you have a fracture in pelvis or severe soft tissue contusion.
Since 30 hours have passed , and you are still feel lightheaded on standing - it indicates bleeding inside.
I would recommend you pay a visit to ER ASAP and get X-rays of the pelvis also.
Thanks. Please feel free to ask any other question.
