What Can I Do When Naxdom Intake Is Not Reducing My Headache?
Question: I have been using the naxdom 500 since yesterday but no significant reduction in my headache has been observed. what can I do next ?

From your previous description, it seems like a tension headache (muscular in nature). Though termite fumes may have started the headache.
In a sudden onset severe headache, we must do CT Scan head and a full neurological evaluation. Do you have any other symptoms apart from headache? What is type of pain? Is it one side of head? Do you have any history of headaches, migraines, high blood pressure, throat infection, etc?
I will suggest that you get CT Scan done.
If headache is not getting better with naxdom, then take Ibuprofen 200 mg 2 times a day and a single dose of Migranil and see if it helps. Migranil is usually meant for migraine like pain.
