Brief Answer:
Drink electoral and eat light boiled vegetarian food.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query,

Drink plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration. You need to drink more than usual to replace the fluids lost from diarrhea. Water is best, but you could also try fruit juice and soup.
Weakness is because of sodium and potassium depletion.
Get plenty of rest.

For eating try small amounts of plain foods, such as soup, rice, pasta and breadfruits like banana orange and pear.

Take lots of yogurt and curd.
Eat boiled and easily digestible vegetarian food.

Use special rehydration drinks made from sachets electoral solution to maintain depleted electrolyte levels in serum. Antidiarrhoeal medication (such as Loperamide up to 8 mg a day). It's over the counter.

Thanks
Regards
