Brief Answer:
Possible Urinary incontinence. To be evaluated accordingly

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir,

I can certainly understand your concern

Bedwetting in the elderly population should be carefully evaluated. This is called Urinary incontinence

Most common causes are an infection, weakness of sphincteric muscles and cognitive disturbances should be ruled out thoroughly.

Likewise it’s important to evaluate though appropriate tests like Urine routine, ultrasound abdomen scan.

Further management if any is largely based on test reports.

Medications like Flavoxate should be carefully used in the elderly to attain symptomatic control.

Please check with your primary physician if s/he shares my view and if can prescribe these medications and investigations to you.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you
