Question : I see a small bright white dot and long zigzag line in my peripheral vision. I see it most when I lay back or when or when I look up and to the side.

If retinal holes are found your retina surgeon will laser it so that retinal detachment may be prevented and vision may be saved . Hope it helps.

Hello I went to the ophthalmologist and she said I just have floaters. No tears or signs of diabetes. Also very dry eyes. Thank you so much for pushing me to go to the doctor.

She dilated me. Took pictures and did an ultrasound along with an examination after being dilated.
