Foe eyelid dermatitis I suggest you to use a mildly potent topical steroid cream e.g desonide 0.05% cream twice daily for a few days. In addition I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g Cetrizine 10mg once daily for symptomatic relief from itching.
