Dear Ma’am, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but you should be taking an antihistaminic as cetrizine daily before going to bed accompanied by a decongestant such as pseudoephedrine (Sudafed).. you should also consider immune system desensitization in which you receive allergy shots containing an increasing amounts of the allergen in order to change your immune system response towards it..
