Brief Answer:
Positive infection

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Your gram stain shows a positive infection for different types of bacteria including gram positive cocci, gram negative and positive bacilli. However, you did not clarify whether it was positive for yeast infection or not, so please send the report as an attachment with a free follow up query.

In the meanwhile, I would recommend that you continue on Augmentin which is a wide spectrum antibiotic that is usually helpful in clearing pneumonia infection and if after completing the course no improvement occurred then you should get a culture and sensitivity test to detect which antibiotic is best yo treat your infection.

I hope you find this helpful.
