Not sexually active not itchy no diabetes no creams its red but its like connected to ghe urestha

Thanks the head at times is like discolored color almost seemed a vessel when its erected but it goes back to the orginal color what you think

Looks like ifs nornal color sometime i think it was the veins of the head worry Back to the normal color what do you say
