Your wife is having just a mild infection in the urine. Not to worry, as it is not something which is untreatable or life threatening, but she needs a prompt medical attention to address this issue. Kindly visit a Gynecologist, so that she may do a physical assessment and suggest few tests like Urine Culture or Ultrasound abdomen to rule out any renal involvement.
