What Can Be The Various Causes Of Rectal Discharge?
![default](/r/images/default.png)
For how long has this been going on?
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I will like to know for how long this has been going on. Also, do you have diarrhea currently? What pill and you on and for how long have you been doing so?
If this is stool leakage in small volumes, it may be suggestive of fecal incontinence. Fecal incontinence refers to the involuntary passage of stool through the anal sphincter.
However, if this is Cleary not stool, it may represent an irritation of infection in the anal area. This will require a further anal examination to establish what the exact cause is and treat accordingly. Furthermore, I will like to know when las you had a colonoscopy exam done and what the findings were.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regarding a colonoscopy -- perhaps five years -- the findings were clear and unobstructed
I will suggest you monitor only for now!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
4 days is too short to label you with fecal incontinence. I believe the diarrhea is the probable cause. As mentioned above, try dietary modifications and anti-diarrhea medications. As soon as your stools get well formed and hard, this should stop.
In the meantime, I recommend you put on a protective underwear so as to avoid soiling your dresses and public embarrassments. Also, use the bathroom as soon as you get the urge.
Hope I have answered your query.
